Lead times may vary depending upon availability, your location, and whether or not there is custom work associated with your purchase.

Cancellation Policy

In the event that an order must be cancelled, you should call us immediately at 1.877.320.0800, followed up by an e-mail to info@ArtisanCrafted.com stating the reason for the cancellation. If your order has already been processed, which can sometimes happen immediately after you place your order, you will be charged a 4% credit card transaction fee. This fee can often be applied to a future order depending on the circumstances. If your order has already entered the shipping process, it cannot be cancelled and is subject to the terms outlined in our return policy. If your order is custom and has already entered the manufacturing process, it cannot be cancelled, nor can it be returned.

Shipping & Handling

Shipments are generally sent via UPS Ground to locations in the lower 48 states.  Alternate carriers are sometimes used for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, and to International locations.  Most of our stock items ship free to the lower 48 States, but there are exceptions for heavier items,those that require crating or special handling, or for orders totaling less than $100.  Once your item(s) has been shipped, we will provide you with the name of the carrier and the associated tracking information for your convenience. 

Products Damaged In Shipment

All of our shipments are fully insured.  Please notify us immediately upon receipt of any damage to the product(s). Be sure to keep all packaging materials for inspection.  We will require photo documentation of any damage to both the item and the packaging for a claim.  We must receive notice of any damages no later than 3 days of receipt in order to process a claim.

Return Policy

At Sinks Gallery, we want you to be 100% satisfied. We are happy to provide a refund within 14 days from receipt of shipment (exclusive of handling and shipping charges) less a 20% restocking charge.  Restocking charges can sometimes be waived for exchanges, although shipping charges may apply.  Commissioned or “made-to-order” items cannot be exchanged or returned.

How To Return An Item

·         Call or email your customer service representative to explain the situation and to request an RGA number. We cannot accept returns without this assigned number. 

·         Any returned item must be received in its original packaging and in perfect condition.

·         For your protection, please insure the item for its full value.  If an item is received damaged, you will be responsible for filing a claim for your loss.

·         Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the buyer.

·         Please use the same shipping service that was used when the item was shipped to you.

Refunds

Your refund will be sent to you within 14 days of receipt of your return, assuming the item and its packaging is in its original condition. Payment is generally made in the form of a check.
