Nasturtium and Geranium Lily pads carry frogs, dragonflies and other insects floating across the pond’s surface. This frame can be created in a variety of colors - see chart in picture #2 (Patinaed Bronze shown).
This collection was created to bridge sculpture with functional craftsmanship. The minutely detailed frames are created entirely by hand using botanical or abstract themes in contemporary, transitional or traditional styles.
Frames are individually cast using fiber-reinforced gypsum cement providing a structurally strong, relatively light mirror. Each frame is hand-detailed and finished with four to six layers of metallic pigment.
